Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an applicable statutory exception exists, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

No Extended Return Period

SALINA does not offer a voluntary 30-day return period. The applicable statutory right of withdrawal is limited to the legally applicable 14-day period, subject to statutory exceptions.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
